摘要
The dystopian logic, the undermining of intentional intentions in the conduct of public powers and social projections, appears at the crossroads of practical actions, as, for example, in the confrontation of pandemics, as through which humanity passes. In spite of the different angles, we will approach that of institutional communication in face of the consequences caused by COVID-19 in Brazil, with the background of provoking reflections that allow to radiograph the current state of health of the public communication in Brazil.
