摘要：
A secondary central hypothyroidism due to malnutrition at the age of six years with a rapid normalisation of thyroid hormones under normal caloric nutrition has not been described in the literature so far. In the case we describe here the severe manifestation with low fT3, fT4 and TSH as well as delayed TSH-response to stimulation with TRH is remarkable. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart - New York.
