Information communication technologies in the Ukrainian Interregional Distance Learning Network

This paper is a summary on experience and research of the Distance learning Center, the National Academy of Public Administration, the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA DLC) in design and implementation the Information communication technologies (ICTs) for the Ukrainian Interregional Distance Learning Network (UIDLN). The roles of ICTs in DL model of the NAPA DLC and of the World Bank Institute have been described. The integration model of the national distance learning networks into the international educational network is suggested.
