摘要
The article presents an analysis of the concept "late capitalism" by Werner Sombart. In his writings, Sombart investigated the structure and functioning of society at certain stages of its development, the capitalist economic system in particular. Sombart's main works are related to the most important issues of socio-humanistic cognition since the subject of, primarily, economic theoretical reconstruction is the modern type of public, dependent on the historical genesis and transformation of capitalism. Sombart identifies three main factors covering the content of the concept "late capitalism": territorial transformations, form transformation, and area transformations. Thus, he focused on the factors that are constitutional for the formulation of new forms of capitalist relations. Turning to the terminology of territoriality, Sombart began to develop the idea of destroying traditional representations about the centralized structure of the world structure, which suggests the axial orientation of developing countries to the West. Somewhat later, the ontological perspective of spatial connections and relationships was developed in terms of postmodern philosophy, in which space is viewed through the prism of an existential dimension. In their work "Rhizome", Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari suggest looking at the structure of the world order in a special way. The world can be polycentric, it can grow and develop from each individual local area. It may be missing some pronounced consistency and unity. And if the world is really like that, then it can no longer be understood in the context of its unity, it cannot be comprehended by traditional categories of thinking. The authors manage to illustrate the distinctive features of the rhizomorphic organization of the world and reflect the need to rethink the usual reality. It was this tendency that Sombart pointed out in his research in the first half of the 20th century.
