摘要：
The rapid growth of industrial waste and its slow degradation rate is the main contradiction of garbage disposal. Steel slag is one of the main by-products of the iron and steel industry. If it is utilized effectively, we can not only solve the problem of expropriation of land and environmental pollution, but also get a great economic benefit. In this paper, author does a Marshall test, split test, and water seepage test, to understand the mechanical properties of steel slag, to provide theory of using steel slag in subgrade and pavement.
