摘要：
The prognosis includes research lines, specific critical points of scientific break-through, methods of their development. Characteristics of socia-economic, organizational and technological environment as well as essential factors restraining realization of the prognosis and conditions necessary for its realization are given. As a result, a long-term perspective program of research on hematology and transfusiology is proposed.
