摘要
Transformative technologies impact our behaviour in everyday life ubiquitously. Once exclusive to IT companies, they are now populating our homes, educational institutions, and even the less imagined leisure places. Effects of transformative technologies on the way we learn, communicate and interact with each other have become a central, open research question. Negative implications of the technologies have first been noticed once deployed and used in real life, not in the lab settings while they were created. The increase of awareness and education of young generations in the context of utilization, but also during the further development of these transformative technologies, has become an essential task for education across industries, academia, and the society in general. This paper presents how criteria for innovation and equal opportunities can be successfully developed in the field of robotics and applied in educational contexts when considering gender and diversity aspects.
