摘要：

The year 2010 is the last year of the "Quality Project" and the seventh year of the improving teaching quality through Quality Course construction project. It is significant to do some research on the issue of opening educational resources to improve the Quality Course construction. The essay is to analyze Quality Course and the educational resources together, the opportunities and challenges of Quality Course Construction so as to seek various supports for the Quality Course construction as public property, to explore the more economical resources- sharing mode, to ensure the sustainable development of Quality Course construction. The research has great significance in promoting long-distance education that aims at life-long education and open education.
