HONOR, PRIVACY AND IMAGE AS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND CIVIL PROTECTION IN NICARAGUA

This paper carries out a methodical and detailed analysis of the right to honor, privacy and image, from the constitutional and civil legal system. First, it makes a brief journey through history, then they are defined as fundamental rights, and finally they are delimited to civil jurisdiction. Once so, the civil protection of this block of rights is studied for violations, due to illegitimate interference, in the exercise of the right to freedom of information and expression, and is helped by the most authorized doctrine and copious jurisprudence of comparative law, especially Spanish.
