Cyberbullying: information threat of the past, present and future

Despite its rather recent appearance, cybercrime has turned from illegal behavior into one of the largest civilizational threats. Every year, the phenomenon of cybercrime is gaining momentum and becoming an increasingly common type of crime, which necessitated the development of an appropriate theoretical and methodological apparatus of legal science, and in particular criminal law science.
