City Safety Evaluation Model Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive

摘要
We have established a city safety evaluation model to measure the degree of the safety of the city. We begin with classifying the criminal cases as well as constructing the evaluation index by fuzzy comprehensive method. This model considers a large number of evaluation index thought to be important to the safety of the city, including the a mount of the criminal cases, the quality of the-criminal cases and the capability of solving criminal cases. The aforementioned criminal cases include the Violent Crime and the Property Crime, representing cases which have different influence. Then through matching all the data by computer, we provide the standard for the evaluation. As a result, we not only get the score of every crime cases in every police region, but also construct the score matrix. Through consistency check, we can better grasp the relation between all the parameters. And then we can get the score of police district. In addition, we select seven of the safest places as a representative. Specific attention is given to the sensitivity of our model to its evaluation index, are based largely on inadequate and varied statistical data from different regions. We attempt to use our model to identify important factors related to the effectiveness of scoring the safety of the city. Ultimately, we evaluate our model objectively and analyze the strengths and weaknesses.
