摘要
The advances of ingredients in the ubiquitous computing definitely call for socio-technical study directing and preparing technological developments as well as institutional apparatus. This discussion paper reviews socio-technical studies based on scenario development conducted so far and emphasizes the importance of human centric view for the technological and institutional development towards the desirable ubiquitous information society.
