摘要
Within the framework of the Collaborative Research Centre 528, various methods of production for textile reinforcements are being developed at the TU Dresden for textile reinforced concrete applications: Biaxial and multi-axial reinforced stitch-bonded structures made of AR-glass or carbon fibers and biaxial reinforced leno weaves made of carbon. Both textile structures are able to be stabilized with a coating applied online directly after fabric manufacture. For the composite testing of textile reinforced concrete, grid structures of both fabrics made of glass (90 degrees) and carbon (0 degrees) with a mesh width of 17 x 15 mm(2) and a styrene-butadiene coating (25 mass%) were worked up. The properties of textile reinforced concrete samples comprised of a stitch-bonded multi-ply and a leno weave respectively, were evaluated and compared according to the uniaxial load-bearing capacity under tensile stress and the load-bearing qualities of the composite. The results show that the application of leno weave textiles in high-strength fine concrete can also produce reinforcements capable of bearing strong loads.
