摘要
Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O(Bi-2223) precursor powder has been prepared by oxalate co-precipitation method with optimum precipitation condition and heat treatment process. The residual ions in the filtrate can be maintained under 0.2 mmol/L by controlling the pH-value and ageing time. The phase compositions include Bi-2212 as a major phase, Bi2201, Ca2PbO4 and AEC after heat treatment at 800 degrees C/10 h, 820 degrees C/20 h, 820 degrees C/25 h in air. The carbon content can be controlled below 100 ppm by annealing at a flowing oxygen atmosphere. Our results shows it can be applied in a large-quantity preparation of Bi-2223 precursor powder.
