THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOR GRANTING THE ARBITRATION AWARD THE WRIT OF EXECUTION ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE JORDANIAN ARBITRATION LAW NO. 31 OF 2001 AND ITS AMENDMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2018

The enforcement of arbitration award is the ultimate outcome of the arbitration system under which the arbitration procedures are finalized with an award to settle dispute and end litigation. The study addressed the procedures followed to granting the arbitration award the writ of execution and the mechanism of executing it at the Court of Cassation and comparing these procedures with the same procedures followed at the Court of Appeal before the amendment of the Jordanian Arbitration Law, through which the Jordanian legislator transferred the capacity of granting it the writ of execution and the force of execution and enforcing it in the Jordanian Arbitration Law No. 31/2001 and its amendments in 2018 from the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal to the jurisdiction of the Court of Cassation, after making amendments on the same law. The study is divided into three subjects and a conclusion in which the researcher concluded the findings and recommendations.
