Effect of ablation of preputial gland on stud male-induced protection of implantation in food-deprived mice

摘要：
There was no significant difference in food-deprived females in protecting implantation when housed either with intact or preputialectomized stud males. In both cases most of the females became pregnant. Findings suggest that ablation of preputial gland did not prevent stud male protection on implantation in food deprived females.
