摘要
The history and purpose of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Herbarium at Wisley is outlined, together with a brief history of conifers in the Garden. The success of a published method for preserving the needles and their arrangement on herbarium specimens of conifers is detailed. The importance of Standard specimens for cultivars is emphasised.
