摘要
Coaching has been gaining prominence in Brazilian organizations every day as an effective method to increase employee performance. Considering that organizations have become more aware about the valorization of human and intellectual capital, this dissertation has the general objective of presenting the Manager-Coach with a new perception, able to support and lead employees and to adapt themselves. to this ever-accelerating and competitive global business dynamic. Through an exploratory research, using bibliographic works, articles and specific websites on the subject, we sought to address topics related to the subject such as: describe the perception of managers regarding their own behavior towards the team (led); the effectiveness of coaching processes in improving organizational management; what is expected of a coach manager; how to form and develop high performance teams in Coach Management. Thus, it was concluded that the Manager-Coach using the tools of coaching organizations have a competitive advantage, which contributes to build in themselves and their led competences: emotional, psychological, behavioral, mutual respect and self-knowledge, enabling the incentive to change, promoting the individual evolution of employees and the organization itself.
