摘要
This article presents an approach to the implementation of the Web-based intelligent platform of new technical solutions search and automation of the procedure of patent application examination. The main functions of this platform are submitting the patent applications and viewing information on their novelty. Patent applications are processed in the background mode through the asynchronous queue by third-party software. The architecture of the algorithms for parallel multiserver processing of uploaded applications was developed, and "Smart Queue" Approach - based multilingual intelligent platform for patent's data analysis was implemented. The patent's similarity definition algorithm is out of the scope of this article.
