摘要
The human resources evaluations are more and more widely applied in human resources management practices such as enterprise employment advertise, training, career development and so on. It have been quite mature to take the psychometric, the professional aptitude tests, the interview, the appraisal center method as the main ways to evaluate employees internationally. But the human resources evaluations practices are not as so many in China. And the effects are not very ideal. The human resources evaluation practices in SDIM Corporation open the new management tool to fulfill the works such as enterprise employment advertises and promotion. And it will make a good progress for the practices in the future.
