摘要：

In this paper, the research work of a general multiresolution model in wavelet transform is introduced The result of this general model is them put into the spline function space. The structure of multiresolution pyramid bared on B-splines is analyzed. In addition, its algorithm is discussed ill detail, and the parameters of each filter are also given. The simulation of this algorithm has beet? made on test signals and images. The results demonstrate that this algorithm is faster than the traditional pyramid algorithm of orthogonal wavelet transform, and it can be easily generalized and directly be put into practice.
