摘要
At present there is a great amount of information and data flowing through technological means; this is a perfect opportunity for the services of electronic governments to improve their trust towards citizens. The probable success of e-government lies in an increasing amount of citizen participation in its participatory processes; this must be achieved by the fulfillment of characteristics such as transparency and above all trust. Under these circumstances, in this work, we present a bibliographic review of aspects of electronic governments, trust and the relationship between them. This review serves as the basis for the representation of a proposed model, designed under the DSR methodology, which shows a view of the influence of various factors that influence trust in electronic governments.
