摘要
In this study, sloshing that occurs in liquid carriers on irregular seaways was simulated. Irregular waves were generated by an ISSC wave spectrum, and the sloshing response of liquid was examined by a numerical simulation method developed by the authors. The results show that extreme impact loads occur due to violent sloshing flows and their intensities vary by changes in the wave parameters and the filling ratio of the tank. The objective of this research is to define the characteristics of sloshing due to these parameters.
