摘要：
In this article, I set forth the essence and contents of statistical antenna theory (SAT), a theory of antennas with random sources, and I describe my activities elucidating and popularizing SAT ideas and results, spending a considerable amount of space describing my work with groups of scientists from different organizations of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), assisting them in their investigations of SAT. © 2016 IEEE.
