摘要
The modern teleneurological applications are based substantially on the development of information and communication technology. This development forms the technological basis for future resources in the telemedical care of patients. It aims, above all, at an improvement in the medical care and at a perceptible increase of cost efficiency. The telemedicine will probably experience a huge growth during the next years and become one of the most important future markets in the health sector. The newest technical developments aim especially at an increase of efficiency in wireless connectivity of the medical devices, software compatibility on application and data level, automatic identification and mobility.
