摘要
The practical experience of designing a resonant LLC converter with a low voltage input is presented, using the example of converting battery energy in guaranteed power supply systems. A comparative analysis of LC and LLC converters was carried out. The basic characteristics of the converter are determined, allowing coordinating the range of operating frequency and battery voltage. The conditions for the transfer of the resonant tank to the secondary winding are determined. The principles of calculating the parameters of the resonant tank are shown taking into account the type of rectifier used. The analysis of switching processes in transistors of the converter is carried out. An experimental verification of the results obtained.
