摘要
The global modifications of the climate, the transborder pollution and warning process represent challenges that can not be approached without global agreements, on an international level. At its turn, the economical globalisation and the world trade need social and global ecological rules. The question is to see which is the limit to those who can benefit of the globalisation advantages, without supporting its negative consequences. When shall we be sure that globalisation brings profits to a limited number of people, not to those who live in the third world? The answer is not necessary less, but more globalisation. This is the paradox of the anti-globalisation. That is why it, is necessary a new way of approaching globalisation: the ethical globalisation. Thus, the main dilemma is not stopping globalisation, but the way to implement it. Thus, the process of globalisation can be set by evaluating the impact of every decision of the European Union upon the less developed countries. Does it enlarge the gap between the Rich North and Poor South? Which are the consequences of one decision or another to the global problems? There are some questions to which the globalisation and environment on the perspectives of the European integration try to answer by taking into account: environment - economy - integration.
