Synthesis and structural characterization of macrocyclic zinc(II) complexes bridged by tetraoxo anions

摘要
The compounds catena-(mu-CrO4-O,O')[Zn(L)]. 10H(2)O (1) and [{Zn(L)}(2)(mu-MoO4)(2)]. 8H(2)O (2), where L is 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,0(1.18),0(7.12)]docosane have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, a=10.037(1)Angstrom, b=11.594(2)Angstrom, c=13.420(2)Angstrom, alpha=113.72(2)degrees, beta=100.27(1)degrees, gamma=91.50(1)degrees, V=1398.5(4)Angstrom(3), Z=1, R=0.034, R-w=0.058. The coordination geometry about the Zn(II) ions is an axially elongated octahedral with the secondary amines of the macrocycle and two oxygen atoms of [CrO4](2-). 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, a=14.590(4)Angstrom, b=21.151(4)Angstrom, c=19.131(6)Angstrom, beta=102.01(3)degrees, V=5774(2)Angstrom(3), Z=4, R=0.054, R-w=0.113. The coordination environment around Zn(2) atom is an axially elongated octahedral with secondary amines of the macrocycle and two oxygen atoms of [MoO4](2-), while Zn(1) atom is a distorted square pyramid with the molybudate oxygen atom in the axial position.
