摘要
Models of hardware integration of sensor element and cyber-physical system are proposed. The architecture of base controller with classification possibilities for interaction of multichannel sensors is designed. The measurement method for implementation of multichannel temperature/humidity sensors into cyberphysical system is proposed. The developed measurement system implements the substitution method of active resistance measurement providing the investigation of sensors with resistive output signal in the range ...20 MOhm with error 0,07%.
