摘要：

In this contribution a new method for determination of the shear modulus of wood based panels is introduced. In this method laser beams are used to measure displacements of the surface of a loaded specimen. The tests have taken place with a simple test apparatus, as mentioned in the ASTM D2719, to introduce pure shear in a panel. The test setup and the measurement system are checked with the assistance of strain gauges. Supplementary the results of this test setup are compared to the results of the shear twist test.
