摘要
In this paper, the freezing process of beef in a minitype refrigerator is investigated numerically and experimentally, both temperature and frozen time are concerned. A three-dimensional FEM(finite element model) is developed. Experiments are carried out transit in a minitype direct-refrigerator. The numerical simulation results and experiments data are compared and analyzed. Conclusions are expected to be a reference to establish manufacture technology of beef and similarly frozen food product.
