摘要:
The development of low carbon economy depends on a large number of highly qualified engineers working in their respective sectors who not only should be in possession of low carbon expertise necessary for solving practical engineering problems but also should be innovative and internationally competitive. This article is intended to suggest an optimization of the ways of forming highly qualified technical staff based on the experience of the training course of innovative senior engineers of Central South University and through an analysis of the current training of highly qualified engineers in China. Theoretical research has been conducted starting from practical work to explore the way of forming high qualification engineers and could be of value of reference in helping to optimize such a training.
