摘要
Wireless communication systems are advancing rapidly to meet expanding client requests, advancement toward just a single particular innovation can't satisfy the client requests, the majority of the networks are deployed with overlapping coverage, forming the hybrid network, known as heterogeneous wireless networks (HWNs). Network selection in HWN plays a vital role in vertical handover decision (VHD) making, facilitating users to access desired services via a range of available radio access networks. This paper gives an exhaustive study of the VHD algorithms designed where the user is satisfied with the requirements and experiments for various Multi-attribute decision making (MADM) schemes for target network selection. Results show the ranking of various networks.
