摘要：
College English is an important course in China higher-education. Since the beginning of the 21st century, college English teaching has undergone a series of reforms and achieved initial results and initial results. However, college English teaching in China still faces a series of challenges. The National Foreign Language Teaching Advisory Board has been commissioned by the Ministry of Education to draw up the Guideline on College English Teaching. In order to create a new situation of college English teaching, it is necessary to clarify the nature of college English curriculum, construct a perfect college English curriculum system, transform college English teaching mode, perfect the evaluation system of college English teaching and strengthen the construction of college English teachers.
