摘要
A RuSr2(Eu1.5Ce0.5)Cu2O10-delta (Ru-1222) sintered target was laser ablated into thin films on SrTiO3 (001) substrates at temperatures between room temperature and 800 degreesC. Although the as-deposited films did not exhibit Ru-1222 phase, the films deposited at temperatures between 600 and 780 degreesC were successfully crystallized and exhibited highly c-axis oriented Ru-1222 phase by the subsequent thermal treatment under appropriate conditions. The films grown at 740 degreesC and annealed at 1060 degreesC in 1 atm oxygen flow for 1 h showed a weak ferromagnetic behavior below 130 K and the onset of superconducting transition at 32.4 K. The coexistence of ferromagnetism and superconductivity was observed at temperatures below 32.4 K. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
