The State Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Field of Combating Religious Extremism

The preeminence of the national policy of Kazakhstan in prevention and hindrance of religious extremism is considered as one of the most significant courses. The main achievements are the creation of various state and public bodies responsible for the above issues. Broad system of rules and obligations, civil programs are being enhanced. Present religious position in Kazakhstan has been thoroughly investigated by the author. The paper discusses that there has been consolidation and the emergence of radical religious organizations and outlines a huge expansion in the framework of contemporary beliefs. The article works on analysis of the impact and enlargement of foreign preacher movements, particularly effecting on youth due to the widening of the public base of sectarian communities. The primary purpose of this article is to survey all of the above-mentioned issues and examine their relation to extremism in Kazakhstan. The paper aims to examine the aspect of spiritual feature in the mode of life and everyday activities of ordinary citizens of Kazakhstan. Furthermore, it investigates the rapid growth of the influence of non-traditional religious movements. This paper observes anti-extremist legacy and strategy of Kazakhstan. Much attention in this study has been drawn to disseminated examination of the ongoing appearance of extremism in the country considering priority parts of pertinent papers. Analysis has proven improvements of foreign contribution in anti-terrorist missions in Kazakhstan, which in turn influenced on improvement of national domestic law.
