摘要
There is a deep talent education gap between industry and university in computer or software engineering specialty. There are many factors affecting the education quality of software engineering, including lacking pertinence. An alternative solution to improve the talent education is improving personalized talent education using specialty direction. In this paper, we first analyze the current education situation in software engineering, and then propose setting specialty direction to improve the pertinence and personalized talent education, which is helpful to narrow the gap between university and industry. According to the actual situation of our university, we explore ways and propose setting specialty direction of information system in software engineering, and give the concrete measures including some strategies and measures in curriculum construction, practical teaching. The actual performances demonstrate that our proposed measure is a feasible method in practice.
