Managing the landlord role: How can one agency provide both rehabilitation services and housing with collaboration?

Many agencies provide psychiatric rehabilitation services to people living in housing owned or controlled by the same agency. ift times, a person's continued housing may be explicitly or implicitly contingent on his or her participation in the service plan deemed appropriate by the agency.
