摘要
Molecular markers derived from intron sequence polymorphisms have been identified to augment and improve existing tools available for the analysis of closely related species found in the Bactrocera dorsalis species complex. Arrays of allele-specific oligonucleotides incorporating these markers have been developed to allow both for rapid taxonomic identification and direct genotyping of individual specimens in single hybridization experiments.
