摘要
In order to meet the high loss situation of permanent magnet motor with high power density, a novel waterway structure is proposed in this paper. The relationships between waterway structural parameters, waterway resistance, pipe diameter, and average convection coefficient are deduced. The model of waterway structure is established, and the simulation analysis is carried out by fluent software. Compared with the traditional waterway structure, it is verified that its waterway loss is smaller under the same average convection coefficient. Therefore, it can be applied to cool the high power density motor in the future. The design of the complex waterway structure provides a reference case.
