E-Business has captured entrepreneurs interest. E-Business systems can be considered a tool in change management in organizations. Main idea is by e-Business we can exchange gods, ideas, knowledge beside simple buy/sell our products and services. On a global and European scale informational society has made major changes in enterprise activity producing the e-Business concept which in time got new goals and becoming e-Business done by electronic means.
