摘要
With the development of power electronic technology, the harmonic pollution in power grid system is more and more serious which influences the economical operation of power grid and the economic performance of a large mount of power customers enormously. The traditional smart electricity meter can not meter harmonic content in the system of power grid, so the harmonic smart electricity meter that has the function of metering harmonic is applied in system graduallyil 31. Most of the harmonic meters adopt the algorithm of FFT to detect the harmonic content, unfortunately, the algorithm has the disadvantage of spectrum leakage, it causes the uneven of the quality from different manufactures, so how to ensure the reliability of the harmonic meters is the important problem that needs to be resolvedI4 61. So this paper proposes an error verification device of harmonic meters, it can output different amplitude, different phase, different frequency of the voltage and current through power source, then transform the data detected by the measured harmonic meters and from reference standard to error calculator, so can verify the metering error of the harmonic meters quickly. The device that this paper proposed can verify the measured harmonic meters qualified or not, so to ensure the reliability of harmonic meters and fairness of trade settlement.
