摘要
In this investigation, the full immersion erosion-corrosion test of B10 Cu-Ni alloy was carried out in the laboratory. The law of performance degradation and erosion mechanism of B10 copper alloy were studied by using weight loss measurement, corrosion morphology observation and electrochemical techniques. The result shows that the corrosion rate decreases with the immersion process and eventually fluctuates near the smaller corrosion rate. With the increase of seawater flow velocity, the damage degree of corrosion product film is also enhanced. The film can protect the surface of the material in clean seawater, but it cannot continue to protect the material in the seawater containing sand. Due to scouring effect of seawater, the film will be dissolved and reformed.
