摘要
Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) methodology has been investigated in development of real world business application software - Financial Accounting Software. Eclipse-AJDT environment has been used as open source enhanced IDE support for programming in AOP language - AspectJ. Crosscutting concerns have been identified and modularized as aspects. This reduces the complexity of the design considerably due to elimination of code scattering and tangling. Improvement in modularity, quality and performance is achieved. The study concludes that AOP methodology in Eclipse-AJDT environment offers powerful support for modular design and implementation of real world quality business software.
