Research on the value of information resources management of supply chains (ID: F-029)

With the shift of business management model to supply chain management model, the competition between enterprises is also becoming the competition between supply chains. The information resource management of enterprises will inevitably shift to the information resources management of supply chains. Information resources can produce values and are the most important source of competitive advantage on a supply chain. Based on the basic theories on information resources management and the value chain theory of Porter, this article has proposed a value chain for the information resources of a supply chain, has discussed the supply chain information resources management model driven by the information value chain, and finally has created the acquisition and conversion model of the values of information resources under the dynamic management model.
