The paper first introduced the cultural creative industries cluster areas of Beijing and the overall situation, shows the 21 Beijing' cultural creative industries cluster areas layout, Secondly, analyzed four development modes of Beijing' cultural creative industries cluster areas cultural cluster, location factors based cluster, vertical cluster, horizontal cluster, Finally, the four countermeasures and suggestions to promote Beijing' cultural creative industries cluster areas post the financial crisis
