Project success indicators focusing on residential projects: Are schedule performance index and cost performance index accurate measures in earned value?

En tant que concept de controle des projets fournissant une mesure quantitative de l'echeancier et de l'information sur le cout, la valeur comptabilisee (<< EV >>) peut evaluer l'etat des travaux en identifiant les delais et les depassements de couts potentiels. Lorsque la valeur comptabilisee est utilisee comme technique de controle en construction, l'indice de performance du projet (<< SPI >>) et l'indice de performance des couts (<< CPI >>) sont les principaux facteurs du systeme a valeur acquise. La norme de reference est de 1,0; les valeurs sont soit au dessus ou au dessous. Bien que les deux indices jouent des roles importants dans le systeme de valeur comptabilisee, ces indices peuvent ne pas toujours refleter exactement l'etat des travaux, par exemple si les valeurs planifiees (<< PV >>), la EV et le cout reel (<< AC >>) ne sont pas colliges en temps. De plus, il n'existe aucune ligne directrice sur l'interpretation de chaque valeur dans le SPI et le CPI ou sur la detection de la signification cachee dans l'etat des travaux. Ainsi, la presente etude discute tout d'abord de la signification des deux indices, suggere ensuite une utilisation pratique et, finalement, montre le cadre dans lequel les deux indices s'appliquent a divers types de construction.
