摘要
The burning temperature control plays an important role in improving the yield and quality of cement clinker. In this paper, the automatic control method of the burning temperature based on multi-control strategy combinatorial control technology was researched in this paper. According to human operation knowledge and experience, the multi-control strategy combinatorial rules were formulated, and then the automatic control system of burning temperature based on multi-control strategy combinatorial control technology was designed. In practical application, first of all, the original burning temperature was filtered by using the sliding time window method. Then, the specific parameters of the burning control system were determined as follows by the repeated trial and error method. At last, the automatic control system of the burning temperature was installed in a cement enterprise, and the field control effect showed that the average of the burning temperature based on multi-control strategy combinatorial control technology was higher than that of manual control, and its fluctuation was also less than the manual control. This paper provides a feasible method for automatic control of burning temperature.
