摘要
With the successful host of the 29th Olympic Games and rapid development of mass sports, there is great demand for sports venues in China. Compared to traditional model of sports venues financing, applying public-private partnership (PPP) to build fundamental construction and public project can allocate risks appropriately and promote efficiency. Considering the characteristic of large sports venues, such as the Olympic stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper analyses the application of the PPP in large sports venues, researches roles and responsibilities of governments, the partnership of public and private, operational risks after large-scale sports events and as well as puts forward corresponding solutions.
