Talent Training Research of University with Electronic Information Based on TEAM-PROJECT Mode

On one hand the social demands of talents for electronic information are large, on the other hand the graduates' practical skills of electronic information cannot suit enterprises' demands, this contradiction is paid attention by lots of scholars. This paper puts forward TEAM-PROJECT Mode. Students are divided into various technical teams according to the characteristics of them, and the project is divided into various sub-project by technical characteristic, then sub-projects are assigned to corresponding technical teams. The teams accomplish the projects and the projects promote development of teams, so the virtuous cycle is made. Teams and projects are crossed each other, not only are projects implemented, but also students practice in teams and improve themselves. This Mode has obtained good result in our university's practice.
